Scallion Pancakes 葱油饼
Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup hot water
Dipping sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and hot water till smooth
Separate into 4-8 balls and roll out into a rectangle (very thin)
Spread sesame/canola oil and sprinkle salt (1/2tbsp).
Roll from bottom up.
Take roll, spiral, and flatten.
Fry for 3-5 minutes each side in hot oil.
Serve with dipping sauce
