Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
4 bell peppers
1 lb Ground beef
1 cup of chopped Onions
1 cup of Rice, couscous, quinoa (any grain of your choice)
Directions:
Cut tops of peppers off and place upside down in dish or tray with water (1 cup)
Bake at 375 F for 25-30 min
Cook filling
Stuff and bake for 30 min at 375F
Top with cheese and broil on high for 2 minutes or until browned
