Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

    • 4 bell peppers 

    • 1 lb Ground beef

    • 1 cup of chopped Onions

    • 1 cup of Rice, couscous, quinoa (any grain of your choice)

Directions:

    • Cut tops of peppers off and place upside down in dish or tray with water (1 cup)

    • Bake at 375 F for 25-30 min 

    • Cook filling 

    • Stuff and bake for 30 min at 375F 

    • Top with cheese and broil on high for 2 minutes or until browned
