PSL at Home
Ingredients:
2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup of hot coffee)
1 cup milk of choice (make sure it froths)
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree with some cinnamon in it
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, to sweeten
2 tsp apple pie spice (or cinnamon/nutmeg works)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Assembly:
Make the 2 shots of espresso in a latte glass or mug.
Sweeten with the maple syrup and stir in the pumpkin puree.
Mix in vanilla extract
Vanilla syrup can also be used instead of the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Froth hot milk.
Pour over espresso and enjoy.
